Pickathon is a festival like no other and this is just the first installment of the 2011 lineup. The annual festival takes place the weekend of August 5-7 at Pendarvis Farm just outside Portland, Ore.

Each artist plays at least two sets spread out across 3 days on 6 unique performance spaces.  Ranging from a stage you must hike to in the woods, a rocking late night stage in the Galaxy Barn, an acoustic workshop barn (where the Decemberists recorded their latest album), a late night outdoor intimate stage under the stars, and two primary stages located under one of the world's largest temporary tension fabric structures that is equal parts art and function.
Gorgeous forested camping, miles of hiking trails, 100% plastic free (yes, even Beer Cups), Late Night Shows, Workshops, Family Friendly, the list goes on and on...
